Important information regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and shipping responsibility.

At HighRock Research Compounds, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Due to the sensitive nature of our research materials and strict product handling standards, orders cannot be returned after they leave our facility. Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or handed over for shipping, no refunds will be issued.
Important Notice: Products sold by HighRock Research Compounds are intended strictly for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, treatment, prevention, or cure of any condition.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at support@highrockresearchcompounds.com before the order has been processed, prepared, packed, or submitted for shipment.
Cancellation requests may only be reviewed if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
2. No Refunds After Processing or Shipping
Once an order has been processed or leaves our facility for shipping, the sale is final. At that point, HighRock Research Compounds cannot issue a refund, accept a return, reverse the order, or provide an exchange.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product selection, product quantity, shipping address, billing information, and contact information.
3. Returns Are Not Accepted
For safety, quality-control, and handling reasons, HighRock Research Compounds does not accept returned products. Research materials cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility.
Any package returned to sender, refused at delivery, undeliverable, or abandoned by the customer does not qualify for a refund once the order has been processed or shipped.
4. Shipping Responsibility
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under our direct control. HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, stolen packages, weather delays, or other shipping-related circumstances outside our control.
Shipping concerns may be reviewed when possible; however, they do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, replacement, or return once the package has left our facility.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If an address correction is needed, you must contact us before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has been submitted for fulfillment or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@highrockresearchcompounds.com. Include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product condition, and a clear description of the issue.
Reports will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a report does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.
7. Final Sale Acknowledgment
By placing an order with HighRock Research Compounds, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. You also confirm that you understand our products are sold for research use only and are not intended for human consumption.
