Shipping Policy
How HighRock Research Compounds processes, ships, tracks, and handles orders after carrier acceptance.

HighRock Research Compounds ships research-use-only products to eligible destinations based on the shipping options available at checkout. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled after acceptance by the shipping carrier.
Important Notice: Products sold by HighRock Research Compounds are intended strictly for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, treatment, prevention, or cure of any condition.
1. Shipping Availability
HighRock Research Compounds offers shipping to eligible destinations based on carrier availability, service limitations, legal requirements, compliance considerations, and checkout configuration.
Some locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, compliance concerns, unsupported addresses, or other service restrictions. Orders placed with unsupported, incomplete, or high-risk shipping destinations may be cancelled or refunded at the discretion of HighRock Research Compounds.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, payment review, address verification, inventory checks, fraud-prevention screening, or compliance review.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or carrier disruptions, processing and shipping times may be extended.
3. Shipping Fees
HighRock Research Compounds shipping options are configured to give customers clear delivery choices at checkout.
- Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: Available for eligible orders.
- Express Shipping: Available as an additional faster shipping option where supported.
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $300 or more.
Available shipping methods, final shipping rates, and delivery options will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
4. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available for eligible orders and is displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, carrier route, order volume, weather conditions, holidays, and service interruptions.
Standard shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated by the carrier.
5. Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for eligible orders as a faster delivery option. Express shipping availability depends on the customer’s location, carrier service area, order processing time, carrier cutoff times, weekends, holidays, weather conditions, and service interruptions.
Selecting express shipping does not eliminate order processing time. Orders must still be reviewed, processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier before shipment begins.
6. Free Shipping on Orders Over $300
Orders with a qualifying subtotal of $300 or more may be eligible for free shipping where available. Free shipping eligibility will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Taxes, fees, discounts, excluded items, or other adjustments may affect whether an order qualifies for free shipping.
7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information may be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the package has been scanned.
Tracking confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and delivery. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, HighRock Research Compounds considers the order fulfilled.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. After carrier acceptance, HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, incorrect routing, or other carrier-related issues.
9. Carrier Delays
HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect routing, high shipping volume, address issues, customs processing where applicable, or circumstances outside our control.
We may assist with available tracking information when possible, but carrier delays do not qualify an order for refund, cancellation, return, or replacement once the package has shipped.
10. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
If an address correction is needed, customers must contact us immediately before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
11. Lost Shipment Claims
Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To submit a shipping claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Shipping address used at checkout
- Description of the issue
- Any carrier communication, delivery notice, or supporting information, if available
Shipping claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment.
12. Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible at support@highrockresearchcompounds.com. Please include your order number, tracking number, photos of the package, photos of the product condition, and a clear description of the issue.
Damage reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically qualify an order for refund, replacement, or credit.
13. Storage After Delivery
Customers are responsible for proper storage immediately upon receipt. HighRock Research Compounds is not responsible for product degradation, temperature exposure, mishandling, contamination, or storage-related issues after delivery has occurred.
14. Research-Use-Only Materials
Products offered by HighRock Research Compounds are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, or consumer application.
HighRock Research Compounds does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration guidance, or usage recommendations.
